Rolled Sugar Cookies
Cookie Ingredients
Yields 48 - 60 cookies depending on shapes
2 cups granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups unsalted butter, softened
5 cups all purpose flour
4 large eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Although our version does not include any infusion, we’ve tweaked the recipe for those of you who want an adult-only version. Add one teaspoon of our Vanilla Tincture to replace the vanilla extract.
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Start with gathering cookie ingredients.
Combine sugar and butter in a medium bowl, mix until smooth.
Add eggs and vanilla into sugar mixture, mix until combined.
Add in flour, baking powder and salt into wet ingredients.
Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
Cover dough and chill for at least one hour (overnight is best).
Once dough is chilled, lightly dust countertop with flour and roll out dough to 1/3” thickness.
Cut out cookies using whatever cookie cutter shapes you like.
Place cookies at least 1” a part on an ungreased sheet pan.
Bake for 6 to 8 minutes.
Transfer to wire rack and let cool completely.
While cookies are cooling, gather your icing ingredients.
Mix together milk and sugar in a small bowl.
Add in corn syrup and any food coloring and mix well.
Once cookies are cooled, decorate and have fun!
Icing Ingredients
1 cup powdered sugar
2 teaspoons milk
2 teaspoons light corn syrup
Sticky Sweet Caramel Apples
Ingredients
Yields 6 servings
6 apples (preferably a tart or sweet-tart apple variety)
6 wooden craft sticks
cooking spray
1 (14 ounces) package of individually wrapped caramels, unwrapped
2 tablespoons milk
Although our version does not include any infusion, we’ve tweaked the recipe for those of you who want an adult-only version. Add 3 drops of 1:1 tincture to the caramel!
Directions
Wash and dry your apples very well.
Remove the stem from each apple and press a craft stick into the top. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
Place caramels and milk in a microwave-safe bowl; microwave for 2 minutes, stirring once. Set aside to cool briefly.
Roll each apple quickly in caramel sauce until well coated.
Place on prepared sheet to set.
*OPTIONAL - Top with chopped nuts, sprinkles, or melted chocolate.
Refrigerate the apples for about 15 minutes, or until the caramel has firmed up.

Banana Bliss By Chef J
Ingredients
Yields 12 servings ~ 2 small loaf pans or 18 mini muffins
3 medium bananas (ripe preferred, but frozen can also be used)
1 large egg, beaten
1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup butter, unsalted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
Although our version does not include any infusion, we’ve tweaked the recipe for those of you who want an adult-only version. Add one teaspoon of our Vanilla Tincture (COMING SOON!!) to replace the vanilla extract.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease pans with a little bit of butter and sugar
Mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
In a separate small bowl mash bananas with a fork.
Pour bananas into dry ingredients and stir.
Mix in an egg, softened butter, and vanilla extract (or tincture!).
*OPTIONAL - Mix in 1/2 cup of either chocolate chips, walnuts, or pecans.
Evenly distribute the mixture into loaf or muffin tins.
Bake loaves for 55 minutes. Bake mini muffins for 18 minutes. Make sure the batter is done with a clean toothpick through the center.
Once you see a clean toothpick, remove the pans from the oven.
Slice, eat, and enjoy your hard work! And if you want something extra sweet top with vanilla ice cream or caramel!
Huckleberry Moscow Mule
Ingredients
Yields 1 servings
1 Fever-Tree ginger beer
1 large splash of Bada Bing cherry juice
1 serving of Fused Huckleberry seltzer
Squeeze of lime
Bada Bing cherries for garnish
Directions
Fill a copper mug with ice.
Pour the Fused seltzer into the mug of ice.
Fill the rest of the mug with the ginger beer, leaving a bit of room at the top.
Top off the drink with a splash of cherry juice and a squeeze of lime.
Garnish with cherries and enjoy!
Tropical Pina Colada
Ingredients
Yields 1 servings
2 ounces of heavy cream
4 ounces of Vita Coco coconut water
2 ounces of pineapple juice
1 serving of Pineapple Salute
Splash of soda water
Slice of pineapple (fresh preferred, canned also works)
Tajin for glass rimming
Lime for glass rimming
Directions
Rim a glass with lime juice and tajin, then fill with ice.
Fill the shaker with ice.
Pour heavy cream, coconut water, pineapple juice, and Salute into shaker of ice.
Shake vigorously.
Pour into glass with ice.
Top with soda water.
Garnish with a slice of pineapple dipped in tajin.
Strawberry Lemonade
Ingredients
Yields 1 servings
8 ounces of your favorite lemonade
1 handful of raspberries
1 serving of Strawberry Lemonade Salute
Squeeze of lemon
Splash of soda water
Directions
Fill a glass with ice.
Fill the shaker with ice.
Pour lemonade, Salute, and raspberries into shaker.
Shake vigorously until raspberries are muddled.
Pour into glass with ice.
Top with soda water and squeeze of lemon.
